Uh&#8230;.no.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;Spent over an hour on hold with Treasury Direct. Learned that AFTER my account is unblocked (if it is), it will be 8-10 weeks before I can use it to buy bonds. Crap.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;Getting really frustrated looking at cars.
