It&#8217;s a 2006 M3 convertible with 18k miles. Nice car, but it has the notorious manual\/automatic transmission, a soft top, and costs FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS!<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;Went to Peet&#8217;s for caf and decaf. Had lunch (chicken sandwich) at McDonald&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;Found a gorgeous 2004 BMW 545i V8 at Hemmings for $25k. After enthusing, I found a very similar car, with ample Carfax service records, on eBay for $10k. Then searched the forums and learned that old BMWs (and this model inparticular) are really high-maintenance cars. Crap.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;Took a swim, 1\/2 mile.
