(2) Sac County property tax site still won’t send me a “change password” link, so I have to log in using my Google account. (3) Got a bill from DMV for BMW registration with a $200 penalty, because it was due in August (I checked the license plate). Very hard to believe they sent me a bill in June (say) and I missed it or forgot to pay.
