–Watched a tree crew take down the big Coast Redwood behind the parking lot visible from our back patio. I got a walking stick and a large chunk of trunk (3′ diameter, 9″ thick). Kenny got Sterling to use Kenny’s dolly to move it to our patio. Mission accomplished!<\/p>\n
–Took the Beemer to get gas at Fair Oaks Arco ($74), then to Green Acres in Folsom to pick up a five-gallon Tuscan Blue rosemary plant. Looks great and smells great at the moment; hope I can keep it going.<\/p>\n
–Chicken pot pie for dinner.<\/p>\n
