The cranks were different distances from the frame, so I loosened the bottom bracket and moved it a bit until they were equidistant. At the same time I put the 15-tooth cog on and adjusted the chain accordingly. I also got the chainline absolutely perfect (it was quite far off). I&#8217;m not happy about the BB sticking out a bit, but some searching suggests it&#8217;s fairly common for cranks to be asymmetrical.
