–Took Grace to Smart & Final and KP Market. Then to UPS for (a) M3 spinner (very nice) and vintage Rotobow spinner. Rotobow was cosmetically challenged, so when polish didn’t work I hit it with a fine 3M sponge. It’s pretty now, and a very compelling fidget.<\/p>\n
–Picked up the InnerLight at Mike’s bikes. A short spin around the block left me unsatisfied: front brake makes scratching noises, rear brake shows a fair amount of pressure expansion (hard squeeze gets lever close to handlebar), and stopping power is weak. Really hoping I can sand discs and pads, adjust bite point, break them in, etc. to make them better than what they replaced.<\/p>\n
–Missed out on a password drop at Indy Thicc while futzing around trying to log into Shop–unnecessarily. Then noticed a FCFS for a zirmascus bit driver from Griffin Fidgets. Though I was only the 5th or so responder, I was the first to comment “In,” so I got it.<\/p>\n
–Bought a Devin Thomas gyuto at Kitchen knife Forums in need of refurbishment (and thus somewhat cheap). After I paid and told the guy my address, he said that he’s only 13 miles away and is just opening a new restaurant called Bocce on Folsom.
