Living room, unlike many, is perfect for watching TV and birds. Less than 8 minutes walking time to Bel Air.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;Darla will submit offer tomorrow: asking ($600,00) and owners pay $4,000 for 2-year roof repairs.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;Had dinner at Ruffhaus again.
