–I did manage to get (accidentally) get rid of the obnoxious Instagram notification icons that have been plaguing me for weeks. Google AI couldn’t do it, despite a 3 or 4-level deep dive into IG. IG forced me to change my password because I had logged in on another device.(?) It then locked me out for some reason, and forced me to get Whatsapp on my phone to get a code. Code never came, and and I bumbled into changing my password—-and the icons were gone! FB and IG are just crap, but they have marketplaces that no one else has.
