–Decided to look again at the InnerLight cog. It was really close to the frame–not sure if it got closer or I just mis-remembered. I reversed the cog on the crank, as the guy from Modern Bike had advised, and it looks much better. For some reason, the line seemed undisturbed. Probably because I didn’t measure it carefully enough. Anyway, all is smooth and quiet..
