–Watched a tree crew take down the big Coast Redwood behind the parking lot visible from our back patio. I got a walking stick and a large chunk of trunk (3′ diameter, 9″ thick). Kenny got Sterling to use Kenny’s dolly to move it to our patio. Mission accomplished!
–Took the Beemer to get gas at Fair Oaks Arco ($74), then to Green Acres in Folsom to pick up a five-gallon Tuscan Blue rosemary plant. Looks great and smells great at the moment; hope I can keep it going.
–Chicken pot pie for dinner.
–Roasted more of the Colombia beans that came with the Fresh Roast 800. Hope they’re as good as I recall.
