–Just saw a quickie Facebook reel where an MD described a rarely-mentioned side effect of general anesthesia in seniors: cognitive impairment. I had general anesthesia in December. I’ve been experiencing cognitive issues for a couple of months: most typically, I can’t come up with the names of people (mostly) and things. Makes me wonder.
